Contact form

Your message & privacy

The contact form sends your name, email, subject, message, and any optional project details to me, Abishek Neupane. I use these details to read your enquiry and reply. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Where your message goes

Messages are saved on my server and emailed to my Gmail inbox. Successfully emailed messages are removed from the server database after 90 days; messages awaiting delivery remain until they can be sent. Email copies and backups can remain longer while I handle our conversation.

Keeping the form usable

The server temporarily stores a keyed hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. Those records expire after an hour. Cloudflare, the hosting provider, and the email provider may process connection details to operate their services.

Your choice of title or detail view is saved in your browser. The contact form keeps a submission reference in memory to avoid duplicate messages when you retry.

Questions or deletion requests

Email abishekneupane.np@gmail.com if you want to ask about a message you sent or request that I delete it. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in the form.

Let’s talk engineering.

I’m currently open to backend-focused Software Engineer opportunities, including remote roles and relocation. Project enquiries and open-source collaborations are welcome too.
